Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

 

Refunds

All refund requests will be examined closely on a case-by-case basis and determined if a refund is available. Refunds are given at the sole discretion of Any Home Repairs, LLC and its affiliates.

 

Warranty

Any Home Repairs, LLC offers a six (6) month warranty on labor, service, and parts provided by Any Home Repairs, LLC beginning from the date the service was rendered and/or date of the invoice.

 

The Customer must notify Any Home Repairs, LLC immediately in writing if there is an issue with whole or part of the services performed. Any Home Repairs, LLC must be allowed a reasonable about of time to rectify the problem before requesting a refund or withholding final payment.

 

If arrangements to complete the warranty repair work cannot be made between Any Home Repairs, LLC and the customer within the 6-month warranty period, due to the fault of the customers schedule restraints, the customer traveling, or other customer scheduling issues, the warranty will no longer be effective. A delay of this nature will also void the customer from making any further or future damage claims due to scheduling negligence.


The warranty is no longer effective on labor, service or installed materials, if the materials, (part or whole), were provided by the customer.

 

Returns

Our Refund Policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a Refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

* Special Order Items


Once your item or items have been received and inspected by Any Home Repairs, LLC, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
